We continue to run Firearms safety courses. Typically our weekends book up fast, but if you are able to join us for a Thursday / Friday course, you can skip the long line.

The course is over one and a half days.  Both days start at 7:30am and run for 8 hours plus testing on the first day (Non Restricted – Shotguns and rifles) and 4 hours plus testing on the second day (Restricted – some rifles and handguns).  At the moment in Canada, you cannot buy a handgun, but we hope that this will change. 

Note that if you wait longer than 30 days to take the restricted portion, the amount of time goes from 4 hours to 6 hours (the 6 hours will be split over 2 days and the cost of the application is double.
